PERSONAL TRAINING PRICING

1-Hour Personal Training:

Single Sessions: $125  

4 Session Package: $400

1-Hour Partner Personal Training:

2:1 - Single Session: $125

2:1 - 4 Session Package: $450

1-Hour Small Group Personal Training:

3:1 - Single Session: $225

3:1 - 4 Session Package: $800

What is Corrective Exercise?
